As Lead Professional, BAL Engineering, Inc. provided Mechanical, Electrical, Structural Engineering and Architectural design and Construction Administrative services for the $9,000,000 HVAC renovation of Turner Bartels K-8 School. Services included replacement of all existing air-cooled chillers, chilled water air handlers, split DX systems and exhaust systems with new, installed new Building Control System and added air conditioning to the kitchens. This project is scheduled to be complete in Summer 2025.
