As Mechanical Engineer-of-Record, BAL Engineering, Inc. provided Mechanical and Plumbing design and construction administration for the $24,000,000.00 expansion of the New York Yankees Spring Training Clubhouse at Steinbrenner Field in Tampa, Florida. This project includes the renovation of the NYY Locker Rooms and the addition of a new state-of-the-art training and team dining facility. This project is scheduled to be complete in early 2025. BAL Engineering, Inc partnered with Gensler Architects.
