Brandon High School HVAC Renovation

As Lead Professional, BAL Engineering, Inc. provided Mechanical, Electrical, Structural Engineering and Architectural design and construction administrative services for the $12,000,000 HVAC renovation of Brandon High School. Services included replacement of all existing chilled water air handlers and fan coil units with new, replaced water cooled chillers, cooling towers, pumps and piping with new, installed new Building Control System, selective replacement of AP ceilings. This project was completed in Summer 2024.
